Gym Timetable

All children are encouraged to learn at their own pace and ability and we pride ourselves on providing the environment and opportunities for children to reach the standard of gymnastics they are both capable of and the coaches feel can achieve. Decisions about moving up between classes are made jointly between the coaches gymnast and parent.

Mini Gym Recreational
Age 3-6
Sat 10-11am
Mon 4.00-5.00pm
Fri 4.00-5.00pm
cost £4 per session
Teaching young children in a fun and safe environment the fundamentals of gymnastics; balance, strength, co-ordination, flexibility, power and body awareness. Learning the use of various gymnastic equipment. Leading to club competitions.

Junior Gym Recreational
Age 7+
Tues 4.30-5.30pm
Sat 10.30-11.30am
All Welcome - cost £4 per session
For children wishing to participate in gymnastics for fun and fitness. Leading to British Gymnastics badgework, displays and club competitions.

Mini Development Squad
Wed 4.00-5.00pm
Age 5+ young gymnasts who are felt to have potential, strictly invitation only, cost £37.50 per 10 week term Development A Squad
Thursday 4.45-5.45pm cost £37.50 per 10 week term
By invitation, for those gymnasts who have the potential to progress. Working on higher level badge work and displays.
Development B Squad
Tuesday 5.00-4.30pm cost £37.50 per 10 week term
By invitation, for those gymnasts who have the potential to progress. Working on higher level badge work and displays.
Regional Gymnasts
Tuesday 5.00-6.30pm & Thursday 4.45-6.45pm cost £85 per 10 week term
By invitation, a small select squad. Working on more advanced gymnastic skills needed for competition. With the opportunity to compete at regional competitions.

Elite Squad
NAC Gymnasts who have shown they have the ability and attitude to compete at National competitions. Working in groups of the coaches choosing
FIG Gymnasts who have been selected by British Gymnastics to compete at International level.

Clothing: To be safe and comfortable, children need to wear light, appropriate clothing in which they can move easily, for example a tracksuit, jogging bottoms, leggings or shorts and T-shirt or Sweat shirt top. Dresses, skirts, jeans or clothing with buckles and zips are not suitable and please NO jewellery, watches or comfort blankets! Long hair should be tied up securely away from the face.
Parents of Children Under 5 years of Age: We ask that you do not leave the building while your child is taking part in a gym session. We do not have staff available to look after the needs of small children outside the gym.
